The following JobData tables are required for this process:

 

1. PERSONAL_JOBDATA: In this table the index data for archiving of staff-related folders are stored.

 

2. PERSONAL_INF_JOBDATA: In this table all personnel-related data are stored.

 

3. HOLIDAYS_REPOSITORY: In this table all events are summarized, which took place in the process. These entries are created by an additional process (jobLeaveRequestAssistance).

 

4. APPROVAL_MATRIX: In this table the release and releasers for each process can be defined.

 

5. APPROVAL_HISTORY: In this table all steps are recorded, which have been released via the release matrix.

 

Please import all tables above (if you have not imported them from another HR template already) from the delivery folder of into your JobRouter system.

 

 

Important Notice:

If you do not have installed the Template „JobFireFighter“ on your JobRouter system, then you have to make an adjustment in the JobData table „PERSONAL_INF_JOBDATA“.

For that please go tot he menu Admin Tools -> „Processes and Data“ and click on „Manage Tables“.

Select the table „PERSONAL_INF_JOBDATA“.

In the „Edit Table“ window go the page „Columns“ and scroll to the column „FIRE_SERVICE_ORGANIS“.  Here please change the Display Type from „List“ to „Single-Line Text field“.

 

Save the changes and close the „Manage Table“ window.
