The following modules are needed for the process import:

Required modules:

JobData: Is needed to create tables, define user rights for data view, access, and management, and the storage of personal data.

JobStart: Is a process needed for the management of time commands and the automatically start of necessary processes.

JobSelect: Is needed to create an overview (report) of the existing personnel file.

JobTable: Is needed for the display of various tables.

JobTimer: Is needed to manage public holidays, which will not be subtracted from the vacation.

JobPDF: Creates a PDF from a word-based protocol.

Optional Modules:

JobViewer: The process is designed to display all image documents with JobViewer by default. If there is no license for the process, it has to be adapted to enable the display of the respective document types also with an external viewer or browser.

JobArchive: A PDF protocol is created and stored in a selected archive for each requested vacation leave.
