As mentioned before, it is possible to cancel vacation leave requests lying in the future via the vacation history. To do so, click the X button in the Cancel column. You will be asked if you really want to cancel the vacation (See image: Cancel vacation). After confirming this, the vacation is cancelled. Settlement and booking are performed automatically via the process. You are asked in a notification to inform your supervisor about canceling the vacation and to update your calendar accordingly.
